Fall Registration Forms & Info

Families should have received a Registration Letter (English, Spanish, Chinese) with detailed information in the mail.

Registration will take place July 31st, August 1st and August 2nd:

  • Tuesday, July 31st (incoming 6th and new families):  9 am – 2 pm,
  • Tuesday, July 31st – New Student Orientation at 3 – 4 pm.
  • Wednesday, August 1st (returning students): 9 am – 12 pm AND 2 pm – 6 pm
  • Thursday, August 2nd (returning students): 9 am – 12 pm AND 2 pm – 6 pm

If you can volunteer to work at a table at registration, contact Mrs.Rojas at baisy.rojas@ousd.org or 510-531-6600 ext. 503. or the PTSA at president@ednabrewer.net.


Please make sure your child’s immunizations are taken care of. There are free immunization clinics and back to school immunization events in Alameda County. Please bring a copy of your child’s immunization records along with the original to registration. This will help prevent delays.

This year, for your convenience, we are posting some of the required Fall Registration forms here so that you may print them at home. You may still need to fill out additional forms at the actual registration event. The Edna Brewer website does not contain all the forms needed to register. They will be available at Registration.

Please make arrangements to ensure your attendance at registration to guarantee your child’s spot at Edna Brewer.  

Out of town during registration dates? There is an extensive waiting list of students trying to get into Edna Brewer. If you are unable to register your child on the published dates, it is critical that you contact Mrs.Rojas at baisy.rojas@ousd.org or 510-531-6600 ext. 503.  Please contact the school immediately if you choose to enroll your child at a different school.
