Volunteer

Please fill out our  Volunteer Interest Form to let us know what talents you can share with our school community, even if you only have just 1-2 hours per grading period to volunteer. Volunteers are vital to the success of Edna Brewer. If you are ready to commit to a specific event or program, please let us know. If you are unsure about which events or programs to support, we can help match your time availability, interests and expertise to a specific event or program.

Here are some ways to get involved:

  • Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form.

  • Browse volunteer opportunities below.

  • Attend a PTSA meeting. For dates, please see our online school calendar.

  • Sign up for the Brewer Blast (our weekly email newsletter) and follow “Edna Brewer Middle School” on Facebook to keep abreast of current volunteer opportunities.

  • Join the “PTSA Group” on Schoology and set it to receive notifications.

  • If you are working in classrooms when students are present, you will need to register as a classroom volunteer.

CAREER DAY

Professionals from our community engage our students through interactive presentations. One of them could be you! Or a friend or relative! Do not underestimate the impact that your story and insights may have on the life of a student. The students benefit so much from knowing that there are options for them, and they learn from your experience in life.
