We had a team of 25 Brewer riders and volunteers. We met our goal of raising more than $100,000 for Oakland schools!

Edna Brewer PTSA exceeded its fundraising goal of $95,000 for the year thanks to so many of you who participated with your dollars and your volunteer time!
Without your giving, we would not be able to support the many programs at Brewer including peer-tutoring, after school music, drama, healthy snacks for kids, field trips and our increasingly popular, teacher mini-grants to support teaching and learning.

Starting this fall, the East Bay Asian Youth Center (EBAYC) will serve as the lead agency for the after school program at Edna Brewer. The EBAYC will be holding an orientation on Tuesday, May 24th at 6:00 pm at Edna Brewer:

Edna Brewer's 20 rider "Ride for a Reason" team is on their to Sacramento *right now* to raise money for Oakland schools and to advocate for greater funding for education on steps of the State Capitol. Over 200 riders in all!
